What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal and other secure payment options.

Do you ship Australia wide?
Yes, we ship Australia wide through Australia Post.

Do you ship internationally? 
Yes, we currently ship to the United States for a flat rate of $22USD, which includes tracking. Please note that any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

We also ship to New Zealand for a flat rate of $25NZD, which includes tracking. Please note that any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

How long will it take to receive my order?
We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Within Australia, you can expect to receive your order within 2-7 business days.

Can I track my order? 
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note, tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update. 

What is your return/exchange policy?
We're sure you'll be stoked with your order, but if something isn't quite right, no stress. You've got 14 days from receiving your order to get in touch with us about a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item needs to be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed and free from damage, with tags and packaging where applicable. Before sending anything back, get in touch with our customer service team first to lodge your return or exchange. We’ll let you know what to do from there. Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Once your return arrives, we’ll check it over and sort out your refund or exchange.
